Walmart: Shopping & Savings App Reviews

I like the new look of the app. Only I have a few disappointments with the update. Cant search for receipts anymore like I use to be able to which was a nice feature. Also, Ive lost some of my receipts.

Sort of defeats the purpose of having the app if you just get a blank screen in the shopping cart page...

Gotta love the savings!

This app lets you check out sales and find out if what youre looking for is at the store or online, BUT the savings catcher is so fun. Its so easy to use and you come back again and again to see the money grow.

When it works its great... It never works is the problem.

I have used the app since December. Recently I went to redeem my balance. Its been over a week and I have not received my egiftcard.

App doesnt work. Used to scan my receipts but no longer does. Support is no help. They dont return emails or contact.

Ive been trying to scan my receipts for the past couple of weeks and they wont scan. How convenient for you guys.

This update is horrible! I havent been able to scan a receipt since the worthless update. And its not intuitive as to where receipts are stored. The font in smaller. Very poor design! Bring back the old app it was way better and I could actually scan receipts.

Walmart tire center is a total joke! I couldnt get new tires put on my truck because they said " My lug nuts where to swollen and they couldnt get them off"!! Ive never heard that and believe they where lying to me! There customer service is a 0 and will not use them again!!

You should really incorporate a way to manage a Walmart Card with in this app. We can attach the card to the app but not manage or make payments to the card via the app like we can with other apps for credit cards. Please consider providing this option.

Hope we can use this app for Walmart/Discover credit card so we dont have to go to web browser.

I think you need to beanie to purchase photos of here Bc I go online in my device and oh look t wont let me if you make it to where I can on the app Ill give you 5 stars

Since your last update the app will no longer update on my iPhone. It just gets hung up. I liked my app before this and now it doesnt work.

Went to upload a couple of photos from my phone to order 4x6 prints - there currently is no way to do it. Wow Walmart, what a major missed opportunity.

This app has done exactly what it states. Finds you the savings Im very pleased w it so far but Im still a pretty new user. With my 1 recite it found me 2 saving

It used to be easy to scan In a receipt you used to simply touch the barcode next to the search bar and WA-la it was ready to scan your receipt or bar code. Now it dont want to scan your receipt into the database? Why make it harder? Was Walmart loosing too much money ad matching competitors?

Wouldve given 5 stars. But the savings catcher takes forever to load after updates. Used to not load. Just worked immediately. Not now. Love savings catcher though.

If this was the first time that Walmart ever forgot about those of us who use VoiceOver, it would be excusable, but when trying to get to the pharmacy, everything is one button when VoiceOver is turned on, and only takes users of VoiceOver, people with visual impairments, learning disabilities, and other disabilities, to the registry. This makes it impossible for those of us who have to use VoiceOver to do things like fill prescriptions, because we cant even get to the pharmacy in the app. Also, when doing a search for an item, it keeps us in one department, rather than searching all departments, and will not scroll through all of the departments if we want to look at items in a specific department so that we can actually shop. This does not do Walmart any favors if we cant shop either.
